Well, how is everyone? I'm doing well. I've had an interesting week. How
about everyone else? By interesting I mean lots of nothing. Which was
unusual. It was like every door we knocked no one was home. So that was
strange, oh well.
Anything awesome or adventurous coming up? How is
everyone's summer so far? Anything cool or is it just hot down there? It's
been in the 80s with high humidity. That has been. A little bit of hit here.
Nothing much else this week!
I would like to bear my testimony that our
Heavenly Father cares very specifically for each and everyone of us. Also I
would like to bear my testimony that priesthood blessings come straight from
our Heavenly Father. They are a great help, because He knows EXACTLY what we
are going through and the help we need, even before we ask for
it. Heavenly Father is real and loves us. I know this is true.
In the
name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Another week down! Wow. I'm not joking when I say that time flys. How is
everyone? Doing okay? Anything awesome coming up? Or did the first few weeks
of summer already burn everyone out?
My new companion is Elder Strong, from Garden Grove California. We get along pretty well.
As always we're constantly on the move up here. We have bicycles which is awesome! Literally, the saying is true, just like riding a bicycle. You're back into the swing of it in a few pedal lengths. Who knew right?
Anyways, nothing incredibly big happened this week, we've just been having a ball trying to talk to people about the gospel and share our message to all we come in contact with.
To finish this email here, I would just like to bear my testimony of the power of priesthood blessings. I fasted yesterday for guidance. Wasn't getting really anything from the spirit till he said to get a blessing. I thought it was a good idea, but I'd wait till something
else came. Then nothing came. Through the rest of the day as I pondered searching for guidance, the idea kept coming to my head. So I gave in, and got a blessing. Within the first statement of the blessing, Heavenly Father had answered and given me the guidance I
needed. It was pretty awesome. The Priesthood is real. It was truly restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith. I know that this is true. I know the church I'd true, and that the Book of Mormon is true and is a powerful witness of our Savior Jesus Christ.
In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.

Wow! 3 months have flown by really quickly. I'm moving on from the lovely
Rockland Branch. It has been great to be able to serve here with loads of
wonderful people!
How is everyone? Good weekend? How was church? Anything but
happen? Any games that blew your team out of the water, or games that
your team utterly destroyed the other team?
I've been doing well. Lots
of walking around this week, and it has gone from the near humid 90s
to the 50s with a constant rain fall. It is pretty crazy! The weather
is just all over the place isn't it?
What was the biggest thing that
happened for you this week? Biggest thing that happened for me? Well, let me
tell you... One of the people we have been working with here in Rockland came
to church on my last Sunday here. I was enthusiastic. We've been
meeting
with him weekly, and it always is a good time. I've definitely seen progress in him as I have tried my best to help him in all of his struggles and strives to return to church. I'm truly very grateful for the opportunity to work with him.

The Church is true everyone! Jesus
is the Christ, the Savior and Redeemer of the World. He cares for each and
every one of us and knows exactly what we are going through. Believe in him,
and trust him. He'll help you in more ways than you can imagine. I know that
is true.
