Multiple things to start off with real quick.
1. I'm sending an email to basically all the contacts I have. Let's
see what happens.
2. I'm staying in Montpelier VT for my last transfer, but I'm getting
another new companion. That makes it four, in one area. This is crazy.
3. Nothing goes faster than a mission. Maybe.

Anyways, holy cow. Transfers are happening again, and it looks like I'll be in Montpelier VT for the rest of my mission! Should be awesome! How was your week? Anything fun or exciting?
Two awesome things. One some investigators came to church, we invited them, they said maybe and then showed up! That was awesome! Also, my trainer came to church too! What! Elder Zilles, my very first companion who went home when he was down training me, came back! What! That was crazy!
Had an awesome exchange this week, went up to the Lyndon area. That was awesome. Met a few of their investigators and recent converts and also had dinner at a members. That was fun. They had a chain mail shirt that he had made, and the missionaries wear it and take
pictures. So, so did I! I couldn't stop smiling, I was trying to be a calm and cool and collected, but it didn't work.
Also! Last weekend, I got in a pool! My companion and I helped baptize a man who is an amputee and it was awesome. The weather outside was storming and it cleared up just around the pool and the area we were in for a little bit for the baptism. I didn't know a member was taking the picture so I wasn't looking, but still looks cool nonetheless!
My week has been pretty awesome! Have a great week everyone!
Elder Adams

Sorry this is a quick one! I'm alive and loving it! Have a great week! Keep God at the front and everything will work out for good! He'll put everything where it needs to be and where it needs to go!
Elder Adams

Hey everybody, how is everything going? I'm doing okay, we've been super busy with this past week. We had our MLC then our Zone Interviews, on top of that travel and several other things just making this week pretty packed. Nothing super exciting, except for my Mission President. He's always excited and ready to work. It's pretty awesome.
Anything cool go on during your week? I've been having some fun here. We recently got back in contact with a few of our investigators and are now teaching them again! It's pretty awesome!
President Blair, during my interview with him, asked me to set a few goals for the remainder of my mission on things I want to accomplish. That's a steep task, because I'm horrible at setting personal goals. I've got loads to work on, but I don't know how to make those into something measurable that I can see progress in and then achieve. I know that if we go to God for direction He'll help us though. Sometimes it's hard to believe that, sometimes it's hard to believe that God is listening and wants to help us. Sometimes it's hard to believe that He is even there, but He is there and does want to help us. He knows what will be for our benefit. Even when it feels like the Heavens have shut and He isn't listening to your prayer, know that God is there. He is our Loving Heavenly Father. He'll never let anything go too far that He can't help us fix. You gain a testimony of a lot of things being on a mission. Because of experiences I've had, I know that God is there even if it doesn't feel like He is. He is just waiting for us to turn around sometimes. He is ever present and ready to guide us along the way. It's incredible what God can do! Nothing is beyond Him. I know that.
  Have a great week everyone!

Here's a picture of the soccer players the morning of MLC!

Nothing too adventurous to talk about this week. This upcoming week however we've got a lot going on. We have a MLC meeting with Pres. Blair, then exchanges (where we go with another set of Elders to help train and learn about Missionary Work), then Zone Interviews where the Missionaries by Zone meet with Pres. Blair and get a personal interview with him. Pretty busy.    We leave tonight to go down to Manchester to stay the night down there for MLC tomorrow.
Anyways, I really don't have much to say! I'm alive, I'm working, everything is going upwards for me! Hope everything is good for you as well! I studied from Pres. Uchtdorf's talk entitled, "He Will Place You on His Shoulders and Carry You Home". It's a way cool talk. He testified that Obedience to the commandments of God isn't there to weigh us down, but it's there to lift us higher. God, He adds, making things Good. God is there to build us up. He lifts us higher than we can possibly imagine. All we have to do is trust Him. Believe that He is truly there, and that He truly will answer His promises. As long as we trust God, and all He has said, which is a hard feat, I understand, but God doesn't make anything impossible. When we trust Him, we'll be blessed beyond imagine. Just think of all the things in the universe; the numberless planets, the countless stars, the seemingly never ending Cosmos created by a Supreme Being. Of all these things, guess what matters most? His Children. Us. God cares most about us. In the midst of this infinite universe, God reaches down today to help you. He is always there, always willing to help. He loves you more than any of us can comprehend. Trust him. He'll always know what to do. We can start today, trust Him now. If you want to be happy in this life, start today by trusting God. He sent His Son to give us the way. Follow Him. You won't make it back going any other way. There is no other way nor means to return to Heavenly Father, only in and through the Atonement of His Son, our Savior Jesus Christ. I know that is true, if you can't feel God's Love for you today, Ask Him why. Ask Him if He is even there and decide for yourself how much He cares for you. I know He does. He'll always answers our prayers, our pleadings. When we cry when no one is around to see, God is there. He never looks at us with scoff or scorn or makes fun of us. He is there to love us. To let us know He is there. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
Have a great week. Elder Adams
We got a new Mission President. President Blair. He's awesome. I mean really, this guy has so much energy! It's way awesome! I can't wait to see where he takes the mission! It'll be great! So that was an awesome part of the week.
What else happened this week? It's hard to remember that was the one of the coolest parts of the week, that and church. We had an awesome fast and testimony meeting. Also, several of the people we've been working with came to church! That was awesome!
I feel like so much always happens, but I never remember when it comes to telling people about it! We've been well taken care of by the members here, also check out the car! It's a 1939 Buick, it was way awesome! Man, this is always great to be on a mission random stuff
happens all the time!

I know God lives, as John Wayne put it, "With Him life can be a beautiful experience. Without Him, well, you're just biding time." I know God loves us. He asks us to trust him. He'll give us everything we need to progress and make it back to him. I know it. In the name of His son, Jesus Christ, Amen.
Have a great week everyone. Remember to put God at the top of the list, everything else will fall into place. He has a wonderful knack for making that happen.

So, this week was really fast and pretty awesome. It feels like the past two transfers have gone by in the blink of an eye. So, fast. Anyways, my week has been pretty good. Again, super fast, but it's been way good. How has your week been? Anything fun or adventurous?

This Sunday, yesterday, I gave a talk in Sacrament Meeting. I was told it was good, so hopefully that's true! I talked about Follow Christ. I love the invitation he gave us. There is an amazing two minute video produced by the Church about it. Called Follow Him, I'll see if I can get some sort of link in here for it!

There it is! Copy that into your URL if you can! It's an awesome video! I know Jesus Christ loves us, and has given us his example to show us how to live a better life and return to our Father in Heaven. I know he offers peace, he offers understanding and love. All we have to do is Follow Him. Follow Him and he will show you a better way, no matter what. I know it! Have a great week everyone!

Elder Adams
Pictures sent from a wonderful member where Elder Adams is serving. We love surprise pictures!!! We love the members who are taking care of our missionary!!

So, this week I found out I was staying in Montpelier for at least another transfer. And that my companion is going to be the next Assistant to the President. That's two in a row. What is going on with that?
Anyways, this week was pretty good had an awesome exchange with the Newport VT elders. That went way good. Super fun. Then the rest of the week flew by. Man, we went and helped plant pumpkins for a members grandparents! That was awesome. Loads o f fun. It's been getting pretty hot here, but not as bad as it could be! This week has just been awesome, several of the people we've been working with came to church! That was awesome! Church was awesome, truly it was one of the best parts of my week!
I know the church is true! We got to teach the young men in the ward this week about serving missions, it was awesome. I felt the Spirit and I really hope that they all did as well. I know we share the gospel because God loves us. We've felt God's love in our lives and we want others to feel it as well. Some people have no idea that they are Children of God. Truly as it says in Psalms 82:6, "children of the most High!" I know that is true! Have a great week everyone, here are some goofy pictures and such!

Hello! How are you? I'm doing great! This week was fun, and faster than I really thought it could go. Started out with a fun p-day. We played freeze tag with a bunch of missionaries. It was awesome. Then we had a zone conference. The last one with President Stoker. It was awesome and way spiritual. I learned so much.
Then the rest of the week was bouncing around between appointments and service. It was awesome. Spreading the gospel one way or another. I love it! I've actually, finally, narrowed down to a couple of scriptures that can now be classified as my favorite. The first comes from, Mosiah 14. This is Abinadi quoting Isaiah. The scriptures are also found in Isaiah 53. Verses 3-6; "(3) He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.(4) Surely he has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows; yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.(5) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. (6) All we, like sheep, have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquities of us all." I love this because it's true. Jesus Christ came down to this earth to do all the things he did, for us. And while he was on the earth people rejected him at every turn. It didn't change how he loved them. He still loves them and cares for them. He guides us in all we do, if we let him. And now for my absolute favorite scripture, Isaiah 40:31, "But they that wait
upon the Lord shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." I know that that is true. God loves us and he wants us to trust Him. I know if we do that we can indeed "mount up with wings as eagles" and be free! I know it!
In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

I don't really feel like that. I've been thinking about that this week, my head recognizes that it's been awhile, but still doesn't feel very long. Missions go by so fast. It's incredible.
How are you? Anything cool going on? We had a meeting on Tuesday, we received training as leaders of the mission from President and Sister Stoker and the assistants to the Presidents. Now, this Tuesday (tomorrow) we have a Zone Conference and as a Zone Leader, I get to do some trainings and we also get another from President Stoker and his compatriots, this time for all the missionaries in the zones. It should be pretty awesome!
Oh, hey, yesterday we had the opportunity to go and give the sacrament to a member who is unable to come to church. We also gave him a blessing. The spirit absolutely filled that house. When we walked in, it felt so good, we have the sacrament and it felt better. We gave the blessing and oh man. It felt great. I love the Spirit! I love God! I love Jesus Christ! Feeling the Spirit, feeling Gods love is stronger than any drug. Stronger than anything you could ever
believe. The love God, our Heavenly Father, has for us is more than any of us can comprehend! I know that that's true. If you wonder if that is true or if He is even there, just ask. Pray and ask. I know, I know. God will answer that prayer. I promise as a representative of Jesus Christ that you'll feel closer to God just beginning your prayer. You'll feel Gods love just wrap around you. I know it, because I've felt it. He is there. That's a fact. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Have a great week everyone!
Elder Adams

So here's a picture of, the mission conference. See if you can find me. The other is some scenery at sunset. Also, the sun doesn't go down till about 8:30. That's pretty awesome.

I was going to type onto the last email I sent, but my keyboard on my screen randomly disappeared so I'm sending this by another email.
My week was good! How was yours? Nothing too exciting, except for our only investigator is moving. So we're back at square one. Sounds good. We've been having a good time here and trying to work hard. We've been teaching a lot of members. It's been way awesome to hear their
testimonies and to share mine so much! I'm getting pretty tired though, is that something that just comes with age?
We just finished playing basketball with a few members here and some of their friends. It was pretty fun. A lot of them know I play rugby, so they were calling out stuff when I'd pass the ball or dive for it. It's been fun! Anything adventurous coming up for you during the summer?
I've been blessed with the opportunity to share my testimony with so many people. It's been awesome. I've learned so much, I've learned how the Holy Ghost speaks to me. I've seen some cool miracles and things click with people as I share the thoughts that the Holy Ghost gives
me. God is wonderful, did you know that? He loves us and gives us what we need to be successful in our lives. Jesus Christ paid for us. He gave his life for us. He gave everything for us. He knows what we go through, and he knows how to get through it. I know it. All we have to
do is trust him. And it's hard at times to trust him, but it's always worth it.
Have a great week everyone!

Picture overload... These are all the pictures Elder Adams sent home from the mission wide conference they had. He found all of his companions that are still out on their missions! Enjoy...

 Elder Poe
 Current companion Elder Wattenburger
 Elder Strong
 Elder Hill
 Elder Wallentine
 Elder Reed
Elder Lytle
 Elder Byers
 Elder Owens and Elder Cobb

Well, this week was pretty awesome. On Saturday we had a mission wide conference. We had the opportunity to learn and be taught by Elder Bragg of the 70, and Elder Rasband of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. Woah! It was incredible to learn and be taught almost literally at the feet of an Apostle! It was so cool, and on top of that I was able to see all of my past companions that are still out! It was like a mission reunion, woah!
On top of that, everything is green and we have some awesome views in our area! Man, this has been a great week! Thank you for all your prayers, I can definitely feel their support!
How was your week? Anything cool?
I feel like some stuff is finally clicking in my head, and I keep thinking, 'Why didn't it click earlier?' This is so helpful now! But one of the things just clicked for me, is that we learn precept upon precept. Heavenly Father loves us and will help us grow at a pace that we can handle and that He needs us to. It's pretty awesome. God has his hand in every part of our lives, even if we don't believe it or feel He is there or cares about us. Or we feel He hasn't been there when we needed Him, any of those things, He is there, and He loves us. He helps us no matter what. I know it.
Have a great week everyone! You're awesome!

Well, my new companion is Elder Wattenburger. He's from Burbank Washington. Eastern side of Washington. The desert side. This past week has been way fun.
This week, I don't even know. It went by so fast, and there were loads of cool things! We've had several opportunities to do some service. That's always fun. We helped a lady move out of her house. That was fun. Missionaries like doing service. It's fun.
Anything cool happen this past week? Anything enormously fun?
This Sunday we had our ward conference, so the Stake Presidency and other Stake leaders taught about the importance of meaningful Sabbath Day worship. It was pretty cool. The phrase that I think of when I try to think about church is, 'You get out what you put in.' Meaning that if you go looking to be bored, you'll be bored. If you go looking to be enlightened, you'll have something during the meetings on Sunday that'll stick out to you. I know that and I promise that!
 Have a great week!

Happy Mother's Day everyone! I had a great Sunday doing that! How was your week? Anything cool or exciting happen?

We had an awesome Zone Meeting, all the missionaries in the zone got together and the Sister Training Leaders and us, the Zone Leaders, taught the missionaries. During that we were also having interviews with President Stoker. We're getting a new Mission President soon. It's pretty weird. Elder Poe is getting transferred, and I'm getting a new companion, Elder Wattenburger. He's a pretty awesome Elder. I've been on exchange with him before. This transfer should be a good one!

It's been fun this week. Lots of cool stuff coming up Elder Rasband  is coming to the New Hampshire Manchester Mission, and we are having a Mission Conference. That should be awesome!

I'm doing well, just so you know! Thanks for all the support! God loves us and is our literal Father in Heaven. If you ever need guidance or need someone to vent to or just need someone to help you, go to Him. Pray to him, He will answer your prayers, He will guide you. He loves you, I know it! Of this I promise and testify, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

So this week was awesome, we went back to somewhere I haven't been in a long time, the Joseph Smith Birthplace Memorial! That was awesome! We took a couple of investigators down there, and the Spirit felt there was so great. It was so peaceful. All the senior couples that
were there have ended their missions and gone home, so it was a bunch of bright smiling faces who had no idea that I had served there! Haha! It was way cool!
Other than that, it was a normal missionary week! It was awesome, tomorrow I'll be 20. That's weird. We have interviews with our mission President on top of that! Pretty crazy! Here are some pictures! Have an awesome week, sorry this is short!
I know the Book of Mormon is true, God loves us and sent His Son, Jesus Christ to perform the Atonement so that we could live forever with them! I know it! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen. Talk to you next week!
